Welcome to SketchKiddo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SketchKiddo website, applications, tools, printable activities, subscriptions, downloads, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or other paid product, downloading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About SketchKiddo

SketchKiddo provides personalised printable activities and educational entertainment tools designed primarily for children, parents, guardians, teachers, educators, and families.

SketchKiddo may offer free features, paid individual products, temporary access passes, subscriptions, and other paid or promotional features. The features available to you depend on the plan or product you select.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for adults, including parents, legal guardians, teachers, educators, and other responsible adults.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction to make purchases or create an account where required by applicable law.

Children may use printable activities or other child-directed materials under the supervision or involvement of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult. Children should not independently create paid accounts or make purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you and the children in your care.

3. Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are intended for the individual who created them unless SketchKiddo expressly provides a multi-user, family, school, or organisation plan.

You must not share your account credentials in a way that bypasses plan limitations, access controls, subscription restrictions, or other reasonable security measures.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Plans

SketchKiddo may offer recurring subscriptions and other paid plans. The price, billing interval, included features, and any applicable taxes or charges will be presented before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a recurring subscription automatically renews for the same billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription using the cancellation method made available by SketchKiddo or through the relevant payment provider, where applicable.

Cancellation normally prevents future renewal. Unless applicable law or the specific offer says otherwise, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the unused portion of a current billing period.

This does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other statutory rights that apply to you.

5. Day Passes and One-Time Purchases

SketchKiddo may offer temporary access products, day passes, individual printable purchases, credits, or other one-time purchases.

The duration and features of any temporary access product will be displayed before purchase.

One-time purchases generally do not renew automatically unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. SketchKiddo may not directly store your complete payment card information.

By submitting an order, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be collected, SketchKiddo may restrict access to paid features until the outstanding amount is resolved, subject to applicable law.

Prices may change for future purchases or subscription renewal periods. Where applicable law requires advance notice of a price change or gives you a right to cancel, we will provide the required notice and cancellation option.

7. Refunds, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

We want customers to have a positive experience with SketchKiddo. If you experience a technical problem, incorrect charge, failed purchase, or other issue, please contact us so that we can investigate and help resolve it.

Because SketchKiddo provides digital content and digital services, some purchases may become available immediately after payment. Depending on your country or region, special rules may apply to cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital content supplied immediately after purchase.

Where applicable law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or other statutory remedy, these Terms do not remove that right.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights, refunds for voluntary cancellation, unused subscription time, temporary access products, or other purchases may be considered according to the circumstances of the request and the relevant product.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Digital Content and Service Quality

We aim to keep SketchKiddo accurate, functional, reliable, and available. However, digital services can occasionally experience bugs, interruptions, maintenance, compatibility issues, or technical limitations.

We may correct errors, improve activities, update templates, modify designs, fix bugs, perform maintenance, or introduce new features from time to time.

Where applicable law provides mandatory standards for digital content or digital services, those standards continue to apply.

9. Personalised Activities

SketchKiddo may allow you to enter information such as names, words, themes, difficulty levels, subjects, or other preferences to create personalised activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is appropriate for the intended use and that you have the necessary permission to submit personal information relating to another person, including a child.

Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless SketchKiddo specifically requests and is authorised to process such information.

You must not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for children.

10. Educational and Entertainment Purpose

SketchKiddo provides educational activities and entertainment resources. The Service is not intended to replace professional educational, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other specialist advice.

We do not guarantee any particular educational result, examination result, developmental outcome, learning outcome, or improvement in a child's abilities.

Parents, guardians, teachers, and other responsible adults are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for a particular child.

11. Intellectual Property

SketchKiddo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and its underlying intellectual property, including software, source code, designs, illustrations, templates, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, layouts, and original activity content, except for materials that belong to users or third parties.

Your purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of SketchKiddo's intellectual property to you.

12. Licence to Use Generated Printables

Subject to these Terms and the plan you have purchased, SketchKiddo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use generated activities for personal, family, or ordinary educational purposes.

Unless your plan or a separate licence expressly permits it, you must not:

• Resell SketchKiddo printables or templates as standalone products.
• Upload SketchKiddo templates or printable files to public download repositories.
• Redistribute paid SketchKiddo content as a substitute for purchasing access to the Service.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute SketchKiddo's underlying templates or source materials for commercial use.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, or other proprietary notices where doing so is not permitted.
• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or recreate the underlying template library or software for use in a competing service.

Teachers and educators may print and use activities with their students where their plan and the applicable licence permit such use. A school, organisation, or other institution may require a separate licence if SketchKiddo offers one for that purpose.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be restricted.

13. User-Submitted Information and Content

You retain ownership of information and content that you independently own and submit to SketchKiddo.

By submitting information to the Service, you grant SketchKiddo the limited rights reasonably necessary to process, store, transmit, display, and use that information to provide the Service.

We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

14. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs, databases, or infrastructure.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions, authentication, payment controls, usage limits, or technical protections.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically extract the Service or its content without permission.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.
• Use automated systems to generate excessive requests or abuse free or paid resources.
• Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product by copying its protected content, designs, or functionality.

15. Third-Party Services

SketchKiddo may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, advertising, storage, infrastructure, or other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. SketchKiddo is not responsible for independent third-party services or their actions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, technical problems, legal compliance, or protection of users and the Service.

Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, SketchKiddo will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using SketchKiddo at any time.

SketchKiddo may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, payment issues, or other conduct that materially harms the Service or other users.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Any refund following termination will be handled according to applicable law, the reason for termination, and the relevant product terms.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SketchKiddo provides the Service on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We do not guarantee that every activity will be suitable for every child, educational setting, device, printer, browser, or particular purpose.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, consumer right, or statutory protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited in the applicable jurisdiction.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SketchKiddo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, where a monetary limitation is legally permitted, SketchKiddo's total liability arising from a paid Service will generally be limited to the amount you paid to SketchKiddo for the relevant Service during the period specified by applicable law or, where no such period is specified, the preceding twelve months.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any liability that applicable law expressly prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reasonably compensate SketchKiddo for losses, claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Service or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify SketchKiddo for losses caused by SketchKiddo's own unlawful conduct, negligence, breach of mandatory legal obligations, or other circumstances where such an indemnity cannot legally be enforced.

21. Privacy

Your use of personal information through SketchKiddo is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we may collect, why we process it, how we use it, and the rights that may be available to you.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through SketchKiddo unless the relevant feature specifically requests it and the applicable privacy information explains the processing.

22. Children's Privacy

SketchKiddo is designed to help adults create activities for children. Children should use the Service under appropriate adult supervision.

We do not intend to require children to independently create paid accounts or provide personal information in order to use ordinary printable activities.

Different countries have different rules concerning children's privacy and online services. We will apply the requirements that are legally applicable to our processing activities and the jurisdictions we serve.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to SketchKiddo inappropriately, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

23. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that content available through SketchKiddo infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the relevant content and explain the basis of your claim.

We may remove or restrict access to content where we reasonably believe that doing so is appropriate or legally required.

24. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback about SketchKiddo, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve the Service without owing you compensation, provided that doing so does not disclose your confidential information or violate applicable law.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, technology, business practices, security requirements, or applicable law.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where applicable law requires advance notice of a material change, we will provide that notice using an appropriate method.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that you have already acquired under applicable law or an existing agreement.

26. Governing Law and Local Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to operate internationally. Unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise, the agreement will be governed by the laws applicable to SketchKiddo's operating entity.

If you are a consumer, mandatory laws and consumer protections in your country or region may give you rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent you from exercising those rights.

Where the law of your jurisdiction gives you the right to bring a dispute before a particular court, consumer authority, or dispute-resolution body, these Terms do not remove that right where it cannot legally be excluded.

27. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about SketchKiddo, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue efficiently.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory legal right to bring a claim before a court, regulator, consumer authority, or other body where such a right cannot legally be waived.

Business customers and other non-consumer users may be subject to additional commercial dispute-resolution terms agreed with SketchKiddo.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted.

29. No Waiver

If SketchKiddo does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that SketchKiddo has permanently waived its right to enforce that provision later.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable product-specific terms, pricing information, subscription terms, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and SketchKiddo regarding your use of the Service, except where a separate written agreement applies.
